This is the finish line of the online LTC path: one short visit to the range in North Richland Hills, a block of instruction with a Texas Qualified LTC Instructor, and your live qualification — the in-person half of Texas LTC training that no online course anywhere can replace.
We run it the way a qualification should run. You get coaching first — stance, grip, sight picture, the handful of fixes that turn nervous shooters into passing ones — and then you shoot the DPS-required course of fire while the instruction is still in your hands. Most students, including plenty who’d never fired a gun before their combo class, pass the same day. If it takes you a second run, you get a second run and an instructor who wants you to make it.
