Go Strapped Firearms Training

Policies

Policies, in plain language

The short version of everything below: talk to us early, and we'll work with you. Call or text (817) 841-9042 or email info@gostrapped.com.

Booking & fees

Course prices are listed on every course page, and you will always see the full amount — including any registration or booking fees — on the checkout page before you pay. No surprises after checkout is a policy here, not a slogan.

Online course access

Online courses deliver access by email, typically within minutes of enrollment. If access doesn't arrive or something breaks mid-course, contact us and we'll fix it — access problems are our problem, not yours.

Rescheduling an in-person session

Life happens. If you need to move a scheduled range or classroom date, contact us as early as you can and we'll get you onto another session. The earlier you reach out, the more options we have.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation and refund terms vary by course, and each course's terms are listed on its registration page — you'll see them before you pay, every time. If something's gone sideways with your situation, contact us directly — a person will look at it, not a policy bot.

Weather & range conditions

Weather changes are extremely rare here — most of our training runs at an indoor range, so a storm usually just means a wet parking lot. In the rare instance conditions do force a change to a scheduled session, we contact every registered student directly with rebooking options. You will never find out from a locked gate.

Eligibility

Texas DPS applies criminal-history guidelines to security licensing applications. Every security course page carries the state's eligibility notice — please read it before enrolling, and if you have a conviction history, know that you may request a criminal history evaluation letter from DPS before spending money on training.

Questions about any of this? Contact us — we'd rather explain a policy up front than debate it after.
