What this site collects

Browsing these pages requires no account. Fonts and images are served from this site directly. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — which pages people visit, which courses they view, and where the process loses them — so we can fix what's broken. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives standard usage data; we don't use it for ads personalization. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or standard cookie controls, and the site keeps working either way. If we add another analytics service, this policy names it the same day.

When you contact or book with us

If you call, email, submit a consultation form, or enroll in a course, you share information with us the ordinary way — name, contact details, and the course you're interested in. Form submissions are relayed to our business inbox and are not stored on this website's server. We use your information to deliver your training and the follow-ups you'd expect (course access, session reminders, state-step guidance). We don't sell it, and we don't share it except as needed to deliver your training or as required by law.

Booking and payments

Course checkout is handled by our registration provider, FareHarbor, on their systems under their privacy policy — their checkout pages run their own analytics (including Google Analytics and a Meta pixel). Online course delivery runs through our training platform. Payment card details are handled by those providers — this website neither sees nor stores them.
