This policy describes what this website actually does — not what a template imagines it might do. Last updated September 15, 2026.

What this site collects

Browsing these pages requires no account. Fonts and images are served from this site directly. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — which pages people visit, which courses they view, and where the process loses them — so we can fix what's broken. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives standard usage data. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or standard cookie controls, and the site keeps working either way. If we add another analytics service, this policy names it the same day.

We also run the Google Ads tag on these pages. It does two things: it tells us which ad led to someone starting an enrollment, and it lets us show our own ads to people who have visited this site (remarketing). It sets Google advertising cookies. We don't sell your information, and we don't upload customer lists to Google. If you'd rather not see personalized ads, Google's Ad Settings (adssettings.google.com) turn personalization off account-wide, and standard cookie controls or an ad blocker stop the tag outright — the site keeps working either way.

When you contact or book with us

If you call, email, submit a consultation form, or enroll in a course, you share information with us the ordinary way — name, contact details, and the course you're interested in. Form submissions are relayed to our business inbox and are not stored on this website's server. We use your information to deliver your training and the follow-ups you'd expect (course access, session reminders, state-step guidance). We don't sell it, and we don't share it except as needed to deliver your training or as required by law.

Booking and payments

Course checkout is handled by our registration provider, FareHarbor. When you click to book, their booking window opens over this page rather than sending you elsewhere — but the booking itself still runs on FareHarbor's systems, under their privacy policy, and their booking window runs their own analytics (including Google Analytics and a Meta pixel). Opening it loads FareHarbor's software into this page, and it passes along your Google Analytics identifier so that one visit isn't counted as two people. Online course delivery runs through our training platform. Payment card details are handled by those providers — this website neither sees nor stores them.
